Kick Boxing is a great way to improve your speed, stamina, strength and power, as well as getting in great shape, reducing body fat and improving muscular definition. In just one hour you can expect to burn anywhere from 400-700 calories.
With a great instructor, Scott Harris, our Kick Boxing classes have been keeping the masses of Bath on their toes for a long time now.
Classes are relaxed but still a tough work out. Whether you are interested in learning a new skill or just getting fit in an enjoyable entertaining way, there is a class for everyone from beginners and improver’s to experienced Kick Boxers.
Current kickboxing class schedule and prices:
Tuesday: Percy Community Centre, Bath- 7.30pm-8.30pm
Wednesday: Platinum Fitness, Keynsham- 7pm-8pm
Thursday: Phase One Gym, Bath- 7pm to 8pm (Female Only), 8pm-9pm (Mixed)
Saturday: Farmborough Hall- 11am-12pm (Kids), 12pm-1.30pm (Adults)
Sunday: Bath Leisure Centre- 5pm-6pm (Kids), 6pm-7pm (Adults), 7pm to 8pm (Sanda, Full Contact)
Four week block of one lesson per week is £25.
Four week block with unlimited lessons per week is £35 (not including full contact).
Four week block with unlimited lessons and including full contact is £44.
